Why are your prices so low compared to competitors and retail stores?

 

Answer:

 

Because we either import or have access to direct importers of many of our fabrics, the majority of our items are purchased in bulk, which keeps the cost of goods low. Being an on-line store we work out of a distribution warehouse, which helps keep our overhead low when compared to traditional retail stores and outlets. All of our goods are first quality unless noted otherwise.

Why do I have to provide an e-mail address and phone # when ordering?

 

Answer:

 

We use your e-mail address to send out email receipts for order and to communicate any additional order information with you. We do not share your email address with any outside company or source.

 

 

Do you ship outside the United States?

Answer:  

We ship to all US states and it's territories and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to addresses outside of the United States except to Canada.

 

 

 

How do I get a swatch of a fabric?

 

Answer:

 

To order a swatch go to any item and click on the swatch link right below the "Order Now" button. Swatches are available on all fabrics except our printed fleece.

 

How will I know if everything is in stock?

 

Answer:

 

The majority of our items are in stock and ready to ship. Occasionally due to unusual demand or limited supply, an item may be temporarily out of stock. You will typically be contacted within 24-48 hrs if an item is out of stock.

 

 

Is my personal information secure?

 

Answer:

We use an encrypted shopping cart to ensure that personal information, including credit card information is secure. To ensure that your information is secure, you will see either a lock at the bottom right of your browser and/or in the web address bar you should see an "https" in place of "http".

We do NOT sell or redistribute customer names and email addresses.

 

What if I can't find what I am looking for?

Answer:

If you searched our site by viewing the fabric categories and were unable to find the product you wanted, it may not be available. To double check, you can always email us what you are looking for and we can confirm whether or not it is available.

 

Do you offer express shipping?

 Answer:

We do offer express shipping but express orders must be called in.  To get an express shipping quote you can either visit the UPS.com website and enter in your estimated package information. The ship from info would be Los Angeles, CA 90019. For a general idea of what your package would weigh, you can use ½ pound for each yard of fabric you are ordering. For fleece and faux furs you can use 1 pound per yard as an estimate.  You can use 12x12x18 estimate for the size of the package. The minimum additional charge for overnight shipping is typically $50-$100  for  up to 15 yards of fabric.

 

 What is the minimum yardage you will sell or cut?

Answer:


We have just a 1 yard minimum on items. The only thing we ask is that you purchase whole yards. We do not sell partial yardage for example  1 ½   or 1 ¾ yard cuts.

 

What happens after I have placed my order?

Answer:


You will immediately receive an email order confirmation with an order number. Please be sure to check your junk email box as our emails may sometimes get sent to your junk or bulk email box. Our customer service representative will inform you by phone or e-mail if any items in your order are unavailable. 

Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?

Answer:


If an order has not yet been processed you can email us with any changes that need to be made. Please contact us ASAP, as some order may get processed and ship out within a matter of minutes. Once an order has been cut and shipped out there can be no changes made to an order.

Is there a way to speed up the checkout process?

Answer:

During checkout you can create an optional account using your email address and a password. On future orders all of your billing and shipping information will be available for faster checkouts. Please be assured that all of your information is safe and secure and is not shared with anyone outside of syfabrics.

 

Are any of your fabrics treated for fire rating?

Answer:

None of our fabrics are treated for a fire rating. Please contact your local fire department for legal specifications and requirements.
